What is included in my subscription?

Every subscription includes hosting, website maintenance, technical support, security updates, SEO updates, and analytics integration. What is not included: complete redesigns, major new feature development, advanced third-party integrations, and consultation calls — these are scoped and priced separately.

What happens if I stop paying?

Accepted Answer

If payment lapses, your website will be suspended. Your site remains recoverable for up to 2 months — you can resume your subscription at any time during this window to restore full access. After 2 months, the website becomes inaccessible. You can always request a full source code export regardless of subscription status.

Question 3

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can upgrade from Personal to Business (or request an Enterprise quote) at any time. The difference is prorated from the date of the upgrade and your new resources and support tier take effect immediately.

What technology does XDigital use to build websites?

Our core stack is Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and MongoDB. We build with reusable component architectures and shared design systems, ensuring consistency, speed, and long-term maintainability across every project.

Who owns the website and code?

Accepted Answer

While your subscription is active, we manage and host the site on your behalf. You always retain the right to request a source code export. If you ever choose to leave XDigital, your code is yours.

What packages does XDigital offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer three packages: Personal ($25/mo) for freelancers, artists, and personal portfolios; Business ($50/mo) for companies and startups; and Enterprise (custom quote) for large businesses requiring custom infrastructure and architecture.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

Yes. All standard packages require a minimum 3-month upfront payment to get started. This covers our onboarding effort, design investment, and dedicated resource allocation. After the initial commitment, billing continues monthly.

Do custom-designed websites cost extra?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you require a fully custom-designed website (rather than one of our standard templates), there is a one-time design fee of approximately 2× your selected monthly package price. This is paid once, and your monthly subscription continues as normal.

How do I communicate with XDigital about my project?

Accepted Answer

All communication is project-based through your client dashboard. Each project has a dedicated chat section for admin/client messaging, file attachments, revision discussions, and activity tracking. You also receive email and WhatsApp notifications for updates.

How does the revision system work?

Accepted Answer

You can create revision requests directly from your dashboard, upload reference files, leave comments, and track the status of each revision through to completion. The number of included revisions depends on your selected package.
